- His People Bible School also known as Every Nation Leadership Institute (ENLI) exists to teach, equip and motivate every member of the Every Nation family of churches and ministries to make disciples and to maximize their fruitfulness -- no matter what area of Christian service they are called to. Every Nation Leadership Institute (ENLI) is a two-year, part-time program that is purposefully designed to provide discipleship training and biblical teaching for people from all walks of life. The first year focuses on the disciple-making process and the second year on developing leadership skills that can be applied to all areas of life.
